1 6 Give two ways in which some people believe that humans can be immortal. (2 marks)

Atheists may believe that humans can be immortal through passing down DNA through generations, or immortal through their achievements - such as their music. Religious believers such as Christians may believe that people can be immortal through ressurection, or Buddhists through rebirth.

1 7 Describe the evidence for immortality found in scripture (holy books). (4 marks)

Religious books describe some form of immortality, and what religious believers have to do to achieve it. Believers such as 'Fundamentalist Christians' believe the scriptures to be 100% true and in most cases, they are God's exact words.
