Salmonella - is carried in the gut of infected animals and humans eg chicken or raw eggs.It can be transferred by cross contamination such as unwashed hands or using the same knifes for raw and cooked food.

Staphylococcus Aureus- is carried in the nose and throat, can also be found in infected cuts, the main cause of this is poor staff hygiene.
