Friedman and Rosenman
Both developed the theory based on an observation of patients with heart conditions in the waiting rooms.
Some people can't sit on their seats for a long time and wore out chairs = sat on the edge of the seat and leaped up frequently. Chairs worn down at the front of the seats rather than the back.
TYPE A PERSONALITY: higher risk of developing heart disease and blood pressure than type Bs.
