Eyesenck believed that criminlaity was due to innate personality trates, extravertism ( high level of stimulus required from the environment) and neurotisicism, (variable mood,anxiety and depression)
He devised a questionnaire EPQ to measure personality traits.
Extrovertism - auto nomic arousel, nearer to extraversion on the scale means more stimulation.
Neuroticism - high means nervous system reacts strongly to adverse stimuli, find it hard to learn socially apceptable behaviours.
