Heart Disease and high blood pressure

Heart disease and high blood pressure are both caused by the following:

-Over eating of the wrong food groups (fatty foods and carbohydrates)

-Little exercise 

-Smoking

-High levels of salt and cholesterol 

Cholesterol can cause heart disease by narrowing the arteries by forming plaques which restrict and block blood flow to organs around the body, this increases your blood pressure and puts you at more of a risk at having heart attacks, strokes ect. 

Blood pressure is measured in two different ways. Diastolic is when you are at rest, and systolic is when your heart is working at its hardest.

Low blood pressure is caused by:
