Breathing brings in the oxygen you need and breathes out the Carbon dioxide you dont needs. 

Your lungs are speccialy adapted to make gas exchange more efficient:

  • Cluster of alveoli in a spherical shape which are air sacs with a very large, moist surface area.
  • The alveoli have a rich blood supply which maintains a good
