It can be argued that moral evil may be the fault of humanity but natural evil is God’s fault as only God can control the universe not humans thus all the natural evil can be his fault. Moral evil is down to humans because God gave them freewill so he does not control their evil actions.

Secondly, God is meant to be designer of the world so obviously made some faults which are apparent in natural evil. God created the world and everything in it thus is responsible for natural evil.
