1st question

ANIMAL FARM

COULD GET A QUESTION LIKE :3) HOW DOES ORWELL USE THE CHARACTER ......

4)HOW DOES THE WRITER USE EVENTS TO DESCRIBE ........

CHARCTER BOX :

3)MR JONES : head of manor farm

drunken old man

no he does not care about the animals treats then bad

he represents tsar nicholas II

Tsar Nicholas II was unable to rule effectively. He made poor decisions that led to worsening relations with the government and increased hardship for civilians and soldiers alike. Nicholas refused to accept any reduction in the absolute power he held.

TSAR WAS FORCED TO ABDICATE just like mr jones

quotes : Mr. Jones, of the Manor Farm, had locked the hen-houses for the night, but was too drunk to remember to shut the pop-holes.

MR jones got so drunk at the red lion that he did not come back till midday on sunday .

so when that evening came the animals were still unfed

(animals) wipe out the last traces of jones hated reign

jones and all is men with half a dozen others from foxwood and pinchfield entered from the battle of the cowshed

they were all carrying sticks except jones who was marchng ahead with a gun in his hands .from the battle of the cowshed

Napoleon

character traits :tyrannical(exercing power in a cruel way), oppressive (inflicting harsh and authoritarian treatment.) ,violent leader

however there are positive: determind , competitive and ambitious

Napoleon represents Joseph stalin who was a dictator power by force

Much like Stalin, Napoleon used violence in order to maintain his ruling position in Animal Farm.for example

the character Napoleon uses violence not only to consolidate and enforce his power but also to instill fear in the other animals on the farm. One instance of Napoleon's use of violence is when he takes Bluebell and Jessie's newborn pups and raises them to be guard dogs.

NAPOLEON KEY QUOTES  "a large, rather fierce-looking the only BERKSHIRE BOAR on the farm, not much of a talker, but with a reputation for getting his way"

wagged their tails to him in the same way as the other dogs had been used to do to Mr. Jones" suggests he is becoming corrupt

nine sturdy puppies

napoleon saying that he would make himself responsibe for their education

he really does this to use them as his very own private security force (stalin NKVD

he becomes selfish  the pigs collectively did  not work they directed and supervised (this is a clear comparsion as thats what jones did this could suggest they are becoming more like jones as he didnt work but enjoyed the fruits of other people labour )

never mind the milk comrades placing himself infront of the buckets

it was noticed that the milk had disappeared (selfish behaviour not sharing with the other animals )

i pronounce the death sentence on snowball (this goes against the 7 commandments of no animal shall kill any other animal . in addition
