The electromagnetic spectrum extends from high frequency or high energy (short wavelength 10-15m) waves, e.g gamma rays to low frequency , low energy (long wavelength 10tothe4m) waves e.g radio waves

This is good for all specifications, although more detailed for some. It is nice and simply laid out and will help you to understand the EMS. There is an emphasis on units. So don't forget to add these during equations!
