Electrical devices change electrical energy into useful energy at the flick of a switch.

Some examples of household electrical energy include:

Light bulbs, electric kettle, electric heater, electric toaster, hair dryer...etc

Electrical energy is energy transfer due to an electric current.

The energy we supply per second to a motor (e.g-lift motor) is the power supplied to it.

The more powerful a device, the faster the rate at which we transform energy.

The input power of a device is energy per second supplied to it.
