The aim for this study is to investigate the relationship between eye movements and dreaming.
The participants for this study were 9. 7 males and 2 females but only 5 of them were studied intensively.
The participants would report to the sleep clinic just before their usual bed time. They had been told to eat normally but stay away from alcohol and drinks with caffeine on the day of the experiment. Electrodes were attached around the participants eyes to measure electrical eye movement (EOG) as well as electrodes attatched to participants scalp to measure brain waves.
