2010 Conservative manifesto = 

• pupil premium to schools - more money for most challengeing schools
• every school eligible for academy status
• teachers able to use 'reasonable force'
• allow heads to pay better teachers more
• more discipline and ability to exclude pupils

2010 Lib-dem manifesto = 

• replace national curriculum with an minimum curriculum to allow flexibility
• less tests for primary children
• scrap tuition fees
• increase appreticeship places
