  • Money
  • Decisions normally result in people paying money for damages
  • Cases are heard mostly in County or High Court, sometimes Magistrates Court if they are more serious.
  • Decision made by judge/panel of judges
  • Decision made by Magistrates if in Magistrates Court
  • Claimant is liable (pays the fine) or not liable (doesn't pay the fine)
