Correcting Vision
Short Sight is corrected with Diverging lenses
- Short sighted people cant focus on distant objects
- This is due to the eye ball is too long, or the lens is too powerful
- So the uncorrect image is formed in front of the retina
- To correct it a diverging lens (with a negative power) is put in front of the eyes - diverges light before it enters the eyes - the eye lens can focus it on the retina
