The thermoregulating centre in the brain which contains receptors that measure temperature of the blood. It also recives impulses from skin temperature receptors.
Controlled via negative feedback:
Temperature too high--> thermoregulatory centre acts as the CNS (coordination centre) so sends a response to the effectors--> Effectors e.g. sweat glands produce a response to counteract the response which counteracts the change.
Exactly the same happens when its too low just the effectors and the response is different…
