contraception is a way of preventing pregnancy when a couple have sex

contemporary british attitudes to family planning:

there is a widespread acceptance of the use of contraception in family planning

people think it is more responsible to prevent unwanted pregnancies from a personal pov and concerns of over-population

religious people also think using contraception within a marriage is ok

christian attitudes to family planning:

catholic and orthodox churches teach that artficial contraception goes against natural law.

the catholic church believe that sex is for making new life as well as expressing love and these purposes should not be separated
