Consumers and businesses both have rights.
When you buy goods of pay for a service, a contract of sale is made between the business and the consumer- even though you don't actually sign anything.
The consumer pays or promises to pay money for the goods and the business is responsible for providing goods to the standard the consumer expects.
If either party fails to deliver on their side of the deal the contract is broken. The business has the right to take their goods back…
