Ability to access all services that are offered by the bank.
Offers a personal service that customers feel reassured with.
Can mean travelling to a branch as may have closed.
Time-consuming on branches tend to be busy.
Online Banking:
Quick and easy method of banking.
Offers instant data that is near the line.
Access to a wide range of services and application processes.
Concerns over the security of using mobile applications.
Having to have access to the internet and a personal computer.
Less personal than visiting a branch and lacks some of the features…
