Collision Theory
The collision theory states that reactions can only happen if the particles collide.
Higher temperature increases collisions.
When the temperature is increased the particles all move quicker. If they are moving quicker, then they are going to collide more often.
Higher concentration (or pressure) increase collisions.
If a solution is made more concentrated it means that there will be more particles of the reactant knocking about between the water molecules which makes collisions happen more often.
