Steps of cognitive interview:
-make witness relaxed and tailor language to fit the witness
-witness recreates environmental and internal context of the crime scene
-witness reports absolutely everything they can remember about the crime scene
-witness recalls different orders from different perspectives
-interviewer avoids any judgemental or personal questions
