Tension and stress and the dancer:
- beginners paralysis- lessens the dancers general skill level and co-ordintion
- in an over anxious dancer= increase of injury, imagines injury, loss of flexibility, loss of smooth co-ordinated movement, increrase in heart rate and blood pressure.
- a relaxed dancer will have better= co-ordination, circulation and resperation
- tight muscles can constrict blood vessels…
