• Individuals are naturally rational and self driven 
• As a result they shouldnt be ruled over, should be a government of consent for the people 
• People should also be free to do what they want as they are rational 
• Women also equally as rational and self serving as men, should be treated equallu 

Society 

• Belief of society defined by Negative Liberty, a principle that individuals should be free to do whatever they want 
• because individuals are self reliant they will thrive in this kind of environment
