Christians and Transplant Surgery

Some Chrisitans are opposed to transplant surgery because humans are created by God in his image, so we have no right to interfere with God's creation. christians believe in the sanctity of life (all life is holy and belongs to God.) Those who believe God resurrects people in their bodies at end of world disagree too.
