chapter 6 - remarkable incident of dr lannyon

Jekyll seems to be cack to normal - but not for long 

• Time passes and it's as though Hyde "never exsited" 
  
• However Hyde does exsit but only within Jekyll, who is currently the model of Victorian respectability
• A "new life" begins for Jekyll as he holds dinner parities with Utterson and Lanyon wherre he acts like he did in the old das
• He does good deedds and is "at peace"
• After 2 months Jekyll suddenly retreats from society once agin with no explaintion

The sudden change in Lannyon is shocking 

• Utterson visits Lannyon to see if he knows more and is "shocked" by the change he finds him in
  
• Lannyon appears older and ballder, but most importantly he seems to have a "deep-seated terror of the mind"
• This extreme change shows how profoundly affected he is by what he's seen
