Cells are the basic buliding blocks that make up all living oganisms. As you know from specalised cells that they carry out a particular function. The process by whcih cells become specalised for a particular job which is called differentation. Differentation occurs during the development of a multicellular orgaism.

Specalised cells are organised to form tissues, which from organs, which from organells and systems. Large multicellular organisms have different systems inside then for exchanging and transporting materials.
