The process in which a cell becomes specialised for a specific function or its job.

Reparing and replacing cells, such as blood and skin. 

- What are sperm cells specialised for?

Reproduction. It has a tail and streamlined head to help it swim to the egg using mitochondria for energy. Enzymes in head help to digest through egg.
