There are so many call centres in India for many reasons. Firstly, the labourers available in India are very well spoken in the English Language, a helpful trait in the current business climate. Also, there are more and more college graduates being churned out in India each year, meaning the workers are both intellectual in addition to being well spoken.  These people therefore can offer extremely good and professional advice to people in other parts of the world.

Secondly, the geographical position of India means it is available for contact and next-day delivery for customers in the large economies of Europe and North America. This advantage is created by the convenient 12-hour time difference between India and most of North America.
