Hydrochloric Acid and Indigestion Tablets

Indigestion - Too much hydrochloric acid in the atomach. Contain Bases such as calcium carbonate, which neutralise the excess acid.

- Stomach produces hydrochloric (HCl) to help with digestion. The enzymes which break down food in the stomach work best in an acidic environment.

- Helps to kill bacteria - makes it less likely for food posioning.
