Internal Recruitment/Advertising: where the business recruits from within the business.
Advantages of internal recruitment:
- The business already knows the worker, and so is familiar with their skills and experience
- The worker is already familiar with the business and knows the business inside out
- No need to spend money on advertising the job vacancy
Disadvantages of internal recruitment:
