Increasing demand- The population is increasing by 18.8% per thousand so demand for water is higher. They are a poor country so have lack of contraception so reproduce a lot more.

Falling supply- 27.1% of there water supply comes from meltwater but as we speak, glaciers are shrinking quite rapidly due to climate change.

Poor qualiity water- There is sediment in the water
