These two processes can be a pain to remember and almost always pop up in the exam.
I have broken them down into easy to remember parts which will still gain you maximum points in your paper (Normally out of 4).
Atherosclerosis process.
Damage to endothelial lining
Inflammatory response
Cholesterol builds up forming an atheroma
Calcium salts and fibres create a plaque
Narrows arteries
