Answer:. Because of our Surface: Area to Volume ratio.

Answer:. 55% plasma, which is a liquid. 45% Cells which are solid.

Question 3.) What 5 substances are carried in the Plasma?...

Answer: Hormones. Water. Carbon Dioxide. Glucose. And Urea.

Question 4.) Why are Red Blood Cells well adapted to carrying Oxygen?...

Answer: Because they contain Haemoglobin. Because they are the shape of Bi-concave discs.

They have no nucleus. They are very small.
