This set of notes contains a clear, colourful diagram of leaf structure that could be used to learn the positions of the layers and names of the key tissues. The text could be used to learn the function of each layer. This information is required learning in most science GCSE specifications. Try redrawing a simplified version of the  diagram from memory with all the labels.
