Carbohydrates - Sugar (Glucose) stored in the form of glycogen in animals’ body. Main support of energy in respirations both anaerobic and aerobic.
Lipids - Big food molecules made from fatty acids and glycerol. Act as a store for energy.
Protein - Big food molecules that are made from amino acids. Help the body to repair itself and build muscles, also acts as an emergency energy source.
