MONOMERS & POLYMERS
Condensation: Chemical reaction which involves removing a molecule of water. A starch is formed when a large number of molecules are joined via condensation.
Polymer: Is a large Molecule formed from many identical/ similar smaller molecules called Monomers. Monomers are joined together via condensation.
Examples: Starch, Glycogen, and cellulose
They are made from basic building blocks of Monosaccharides.
