Colon (Large Intestine) - A blend of proteases, amylases and lipases. Maintain an optimum pH of 5.5 so it is slightly acidic to neutral. 

Mouth/ Salivary gland - Amylase is produced, enzyme that breaks down starch in to the polysaccharides (1) Glucose (2) Maltose
