Method of reducing pysiological stress

Technique that transforms some aspect of physiological behaviour (ie heart rate and blood pressure), into electrical signals which the person is bale to see/hear.

It takes 8-10 sessions for an individual to learn to control their stress but its recommended to have a session every now and then afterwards. 

Process of biofeedback 
Relaxation: The client is taught techniques of relaxation. These have the effect of reducing the activity of thr SNS (sympathetic nervous system) and activating the PNS (peripheral nerve stimulation).
