benedicts tests

REDUCING SUGARS- this study is carried out by placing equal volumes of glucose solutions and benedicts solution ina boiling tube. the mixture is then heated for 5 minutes until the colour has changed(record observation) and do another test with water instead of glucose and repeat actions.
