Functions

 

Nitrate: Makes amino acids which make proteins.

             Helps reduce low yield of fruit

 

Magnesium: Needed for chlorophyll production.

                     Keeps leaf colour.

 

Phosphate: Vital for plant growth

                   Transfer of genetic information
