This study builds on the originaly one and investigates if the type of model is important.
Aim
- To build upon previous studies (including the 1961 study) to see if aggression on film would be imitated as it was when live models were seen.
Procedure
- The sample was made up of 48 girls and 48 boys aged between 35-69 months, all drom Stanford University Nursery.
- They were divided into 3 experimental groups. Group 1 watched real life male/female models becoming aggressive towards the Bobo doll, Group 2 watched a video of male/female models becoming aggressive towards the Bobo doll and Group 3 watched a cartoon…
