You need to eat lots of different things in order to have a healthy, balanced diet...

1. Protein, you can find this is foods such as... meat, fish, eggs. It is needed by the body to help rebuild cells and also promoted growth. It is made from amino acids.

2. Carbohydrates, these are found in foods such as bread, pasta, potatos. We need it to provide energy. It is better to eat these because the energy supply is faster than fats.
