bacterial diseases:

salmonella food poisoning:

a type of bacteria

causes food poisoning

symptons are fever,diarrhoea,vomiting

caught by eating food thats been contaminated with the salmonella bacteria

eg 

eating chicken that caught the disease while it was alive

most poultry is given a vaccination to control the spread of the disease

vaccination prevents the poultry from catching disease so humans dont eat contaminated food and is not passed on

gonorrhoea:

sexually transmitted disease

passed by sexual contact eg unprotected sex
