Excessive Exercise = Injuries
Sprain: damage to ligament (EG: stretched too much, pulled too far)
Dislocation: bone comes out of socket
Torn Ligament: ligament tears, more painful than a sprain - can cause loss of control over joint as bones are no longer firmly attached together.
Torn Tendons: tear in tendon that attaches muscle to bone. Muscle contractts in one direction but is being pulled in opposite direction. Very painful
R.I.C.E treats Sprains
Rest: avoid further damage (24hrs, after it can slowly be used more and more)
