Body needs to balance amount of Heart Energy gained and lost to keep core body tempreture constant.

Tempreture receptors in skin detect external tempreture and receptors in the hypothalamus detects tempreture of blood. 
The Nervous System: helps control body tempreture, using the following negative feedback mechanism:

1.Tempreture Receptors detect tempreture is too high / too low
