Genetic Testing can Identify Genetic Disorders

-Take DNA Sample:  DNA isolated from white blood cells is often used to test for genetic disorders - quick and easy to take blood sample containing white blood cells.

-Make Gene Probe: identify faulty genen you can make a gene proe. A strand of bases thats complementry to faulty gene that you are looking for.

-Use Gene Probe: gene probe is mixed with DNA, if the gene is present the probe will stick to it -  the bases will lock together perfectly.
