Suggesting it has a skilled and literate workforce. Chinas social development has moved 680million people out of extreme poverty. Lower development gap within counrey increases its chances of being a superpower.China has more surplus wealth-can be used of services and increasing quality of life and also takeovers or merging with foriegn bussinesses.
