Organic Chemistry  - the chemistry of carbon containing compounds.

Hydrocarbon - organic compounds that contain carbon and hydrogen atoms only.

Saturated Hydrocarbon - a hydrocarbon with single bonds only.

Unsaturated Hydrocarbon - a hydrocarbon containing carbon-carbon double bonds.

Aliphatic Hydrocarbon - a hydrocarbon with carbon atoms joined together in a branched or straight chain.

Alicyclic Hydrocarbon - a hydrocarbon with carbon atoms joined together in a ring structure.

Functional Group - the part of the organic molecule responsible for its chemical reactions.

Homologous Series - a series of organic compounds with the same functional group, but with each successive member differing by CH2

Empirical Formula - the simplest whole number ratio of atoms of each element in a compound.

its a great list, but i geuss you forgot in definition which is stereoisomers.
