Smith and Jones. Both have same resources. But Jones handicapped, so must spend most of his resources on crutches.

Dworkin's Response:

Cut made in wrong place. Healthy/defective legs as resources.

Counter: impossible for distributive agency to supply aid that will offset inborn differences such that everyone equally talented!
