manor farm - we already see the conflict between animals and man. ( man or farm)

mr jones was "too drunk" - abuse of power (drinking on the job)

he kicked off his boots  - lack of care ( gives no respect to the animals or the farm)

                                     - kicking something is a sighn of disrespect and a symbol of haterid

he drew himself a glass of beer - self centerd / greedy / him slef is a singular so he only cares about himself
