Ancient Rome was different to Ancient Greece in quite a few ways. One, it consisted of large, cramped cities where the Greeks lived in spacious cities. There was also a strong, centralised government with quick communication to spread ideas unlike spacious Greece. They also had a large army which the government provided healthcare for.
